   By manipulating the control button, a certain adjustment mode and memory location can be selected, and the functions of adjustment, memory and call-out can be realized. When adjusting, the mechanical adjusting key is hit at the adjusting position, and the mechanical adjusting circuit is connected. The control unit 2 receives the control signal from the mechanical adjustment key 3 and assigns this signal to the corresponding seat adjustment motor 1. Accordingly, the front, rear, longitudinal, total height and backrest inclination of the seat are adjusted accordingly. Each direction signal feedback potentiometer corresponds to different seat positions and presents different resistance values, which are recorded bourns 10k 10 turn potentiometer in the control unit.         

   Press the "ON/OFF" key to "ON" position, then connect the memory and call-out function of the memory electric seat control unit through the power relay.            If you want to save a seat, you can press the Memory key and the location key in the key at the same time to complete the memory (including re-memory).            When the seat memory position is to be adjusted, the position key can be pressed. The control unit receives the control signal and adjusts the feedback signal of the motor in all directions. The potentiometer feeds back the resistance value corresponding to the seat position to the control unit, which compares the resistance value with the pre-stored resistance value (corresponding to the seat position). When the difference between the two values is greater than 200_, the control unit starts the adjusting motor in this direction and adjusts the seat. Once adjusted, the control unit cuts off the power supply circuit through the power supply relay.
