Structure of bourns 100 turn potentiometer

The bourns 100 turn potentiometer  is equipped with a convex sheet which can be deformed at multiple angles at the top of the wall surface of the fixing body so as to clamp the potentiometer element. The potentiometer also includes a control shaft with slots at the insertion end of the shaft, which forms two elastic convex plates. When the elastic convex plates are close to each other, the control shaft can be removed and replaced. Another feature of the potentiometer element is that in the system of contact between the resistance track and the end of the corresponding terminal, there are two or more protruding parts, which are like springs, and the terminal has notches to make bending easier and reduce the recovery effect.
