Then it is necessary to use the cross screwdriver to rotate the handle for its resistance adjustment method, so the adjustable power resistor can be adjusted, but it should be noted that the general left adjustment rotation is small, the right adjustment rotation is large.

Precision adjustable resistor detection method

The detection of precision adjustable resistor is roughly the same as other resistance detection methods. Generally, the digital adjustable resistor between resistance-related pins is measured by a multimeter. In the process of measurement, it is possible to detect directly without removing the resistance.

1. Then first adjust the multimeter to the ohmic file of the resistance to be measured, and then the two meters are short connected to the resistance of the movable piece and another arbitrary piece of resistance measurement.

2. Next, observe the change in the data of the comparative resistance. If the resistance of the measuring resistance is shown to be zero, and the pointer of the multimeter does not jump, it can be inferred that the adjustable power resistor has been damaged.

3. For measuring resistance and resistance, the resistance is normal. But if the magnitude of the measured resistance deviates too much, it also means that the resistance has been damaged.

Note: For the process of testing resistance, pay attention not to touch the hands of the two multi-meter pen head and pin contacts, so as not to affect the accuracy of resistance measurement data.

About welding method of adjustable resistance
First of all, before adjustable power resistor welding, ferrochrome should be preheated, pay attention to its preheating temperature should not be too high, whether it is easy to make resistance lead welding penetration. Then after the ferrochrome preheating is completed, the spot flux can be added properly, which can effectively help to improve the welding speed of resistance. Finally, the pin of the adjustable resistor is welded to the corresponding circuit hole on the PCB board.
